Our Process

Our commitment to excellence begins with our meticulous seven-stage cleaning process, ensuring every metal surface is primed for perfection.

The first step in our cleaning process involves thorough degreasing of the metal surface to eliminate any traces of oil, grease, or contaminants. This crucial step ensures a clean substrate for the subsequent stages of the coating process.

01.

Degreasing

Following degreasing, the metal surface undergoes an initial water rinse to remove any residual degreasing agents and impurities, preparing it for further treatment.

02.

Water Rinse I

In this stage, any rust or corrosion present on the metal surface is effectively removed through specialized derusting techniques. This step restores the surface to its pristine condition, ready for coating.

03.

Derusting

After derusting, the metal surface undergoes a second water rinse to eliminate any remaining debris or particles, ensuring a clean and smooth substrate for the subsequent coating layers.

04.

Water Rinse II

The surface activation process involves chemically treating the metal surface to enhance its adhesion properties and promote bonding with the coating material. This critical step prepares the surface for optimal coating adhesion and durability.

05.

Surface Activation

A zinc phosphating solution is applied to the metal surface, forming a thin, protective layer that enhances corrosion resistance and promotes better adhesion of the final coating.

06.

Zinc Phosphating

The final stage of our cleaning process involves passivation, where a protective layer is applied to the metal surface to further enhance its resistance to corrosion and environmental damage. This ensures long-lasting protection and durability of the coated surface
